How It Works
PHASE ONE
After you purchase your Full Auntie package, you’ll receive an email with a link to Auntie’s brief intake survey with some preliminary questions about you, your crew, your trip, and your travel style. I’ll review your survey responses and reach out to schedule our 30-minute Kick-Off Call. During that conversation, I’ll learn more about you and what you want from your trip, clarify any points from your survey, and share some preliminary thoughts. It’s time to start getting excited about your next adventure as you leave the details in Auntie’s capable hands!
PHASE TWO
This is where all the Auntie planning magic happens! I’ll jump into all the research and start crafting your trip with the same care I use in planning trips for my niblings. You’ll make preliminary decisions and book your main arrangements while I guide you through the choices and keep track of everything for your final itinerary. Then we’ll schedule a final 30-minute review call to go over everything and tweak the plan before it’s finalized. You’ll feel confident as you look forward to a thoughtfully curated trip that actually reflects you and your crew.
PHASE THREE
It’s almost time to say “Bon Voyage!”
I’ll deliver your final trip packet well before your departure so you know exactly where you’re headed, what still needs to be booked, what to pack, and what to expect once you arrive.
Then it’s time for the most exciting part: You get to wander more, worry less as you travel The Full Auntie way! You’ll experience the freedom and confidence that come from knowing all the details have been thoughtfully sorted with you in mind.
Why Auntie?
Hi, I’m Bambi, but some of my very favorite people call me Auntie! I’ve been traveling the world for 25+ years, and I’ve mastered the art of turning travel dreams into fully custom trip plans that reflect the actual people taking the trip. My goal is for the logistics to fade into the background as you wander more, worry less and truly experience the world, not just visit it.
The planning process I use with my clients is the same one I’ve perfected with my niblings (that’s nieces and nephews), who have been enjoying adventures with Auntie and Uncle their whole lives. Those adventures culminate (but don’t end!) in a trip of their choice that we take together after they graduate from high school. I love exploring new places and revisiting familiar ones with them and building the trip around their curiosity. We’ve so far been to Paris with our niece, Japan with our oldest nephew, and the UK with our middle nephew. It’s our way of launching them out into the wider world with a smidge more life experience and perspective under their belt.
I specialize in curated trips that blend iconic highlights with off-the-beaten-path experiences whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, with friends, or with a full-on chaos crew. I’ve learned how to balance everyone’s interests, find the fun in the logistics, and deliver a well-planned, joy-filled journey you’ll never forget.
