If you're anything like us, you want to get out and explore your own backyard, but the busyness of life too often gets in the way.
Maybe you've got a list of fun spots on your “someday” list, but someday never quite makes it onto the calendar.
You want to enjoy a fun family adventure or a lovely day out with friends without breaking the bank, spending all day in the car, or becoming everyone's cruise director.
We're Karen and Bambi, and we created Wander Nearby to help local wanderers make the most of their time with loved ones and have fun exploring the best local spots. We do all the prep and planning work for you (where to go, where to eat, what to do) and package it all in a beauitful mystery box so everyone can be surprised, even the organizer.
Auntie Bambi brings her travel planning expertise and Karen brings her beautifully handcrafted paper creations from A Little Bit of Whimsy. You bring your curiosity and your adventure crew…all you need to do is pick a day and hit the road!
